As a client of Scarsdale Edgemont Family Counseling Service, you have the right to:
Service provided by qualified staff.
Service without discrimination to race, creed, citizenship, religion, color, sex, national origin or ancestry, alienage or citizenship status, age, disability, familial status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or ability to pay.
Participation in the development of your treatment.
Confidentially.
Review your case record in accordance with SFCS policy.
Accept or refuse service.
Request a change of therapist.
Examine and receive an explanation of bill of service.
Direct grievances to Executive Director.
Receive a copy of your rights.
